All RYAMANS products are printed on demand.

Processing time: 2–5 business days

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

Large order volumes may require additional processing time

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Once production begins, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Metro cities: 3–7 business days

Non-metro locations: 5–10 business days

Remote areas: may take longer

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

These charges are:

Non-refundable

Based on delivery location and package weight

Free shipping promotions may be offered at our discretion.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships:

A tracking link will be sent via email/SMS

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status

If tracking shows “delivered,” RYAMANS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers must contact the courier directly in such cases.

5. Delivery Delays

RYAMANS is not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier service disruptions

Weather conditions

Government restrictions

Strikes or logistics issues

Incorrect address provided by customer

Delays do not qualify for refunds.

6. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

If an order is returned due to:

Incorrect address

Failed delivery attempts

Customer unavailable

The customer must pay re-shipping charges.

We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect address submission.

7. Partial Deliveries

Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately depending on production and warehouse availability.

This is normal and not a reason for refund.

8. International Shipping (if applicable)

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

RYAMANS is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

9. Legal Compliance
