At RYAMANS, all products are printed on demand and made specifically for each customer after an order is placed. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

This policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our production process, and it complies with applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).

1. Made-to-Order Products

All items sold on RYAMANS are custom manufactured. Because of this:

Orders cannot be returned for resale

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse

We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and size charts before purchasing.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Under Indian consumer protection standards, customers are entitled to receive goods that match the description and are free from manufacturing defects.

We will offer a replacement or refund only if:

The item is damaged in transit

There is a manufacturing defect

The wrong product was shipped

To qualify:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide order number

Provide clear unedited photos showing the issue

The product must be unused and unwashed

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in rejection of the claim.

RYAMANS reserves the right to verify the complaint before approving replacement or refund.

3. Replacement Priority Policy

Where possible, we prioritize replacement over refund.

Refunds will only be issued if:

Replacement is not possible

The item is permanently out of stock

Production error cannot be corrected

4. Order Cancellation Policy

Because production begins quickly:

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase

After production begins, cancellation is not allowed

No exceptions.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 7–14 business days

Bank/payment provider delays are outside our control

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

We will not accept claims for:

Incorrect size chosen by customer

Minor color differences due to screen display

Normal print texture variations

Delivery delays caused by courier

Worn, washed, or altered items

Claims made after 48 hours

These are not considered defects under consumer standards.

7. Fraud Prevention Clause

RYAMANS reserves the right to refuse refund or replacement in cases of:

Suspected misuse of policy

Repeated refund claims

False damage reports

This is to protect fair customers and maintain pricing integrity.

8. Legal Compliance

This policy operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). Nothing in this policy limits a customer’s statutory rights under applicable Indian consumer law.
